I recently engaged Floors Natural to lay sisal flooring throughout most of my house. Robert was very prompt in providing a quote and assisted me to decide on the type of natural floor most suited to my house. I also didn’t have to wait long for him and his brother to come and lay the sisal and they did a great job of fitting it neatly around a number of rather complicated doorways. There was little inconvenience for me as they completed the job in only a few hours. I can also recommend their aftercare. The flooring across a doorway was starting to lift a week later and when I contacted them they came out the next day and immediately rectified the problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of both the product and expertise of the staff of Floors Natural and would be happy to recommend their services.

We just had Rob and his lovely team, install sisal in all of our bedrooms. Not only does it look fabulous in our house but Floors Natural has its collective act together. They arrive when they promise to, they are amazing at keeping the customer informed and their attention to detail is brilliant. If other companies operated like this, you wouldn't see all those negative reviews! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
